The Hedges is just the beginning. Making use of redundant land from the Parish Council, this project provides four homes all with highest levels of sustainability, eco friendly systems, garden space and parking.

 

We are hugely committed to a carbon neutral footprint in all we do and a biodiversity net gain on completion.

 

We are engaged in planning research for further sports pitches and amenities at Thaxted and a scoping project for a Lido, as well as further homes for Thaxted people and Thaxted’s wellbeing and community spirit
